These
are dessert iguanas from the Mojave. They like to eat nustertiums and other flowers.
They live in the sand and dig little tunnels to keep cool when it's too hot. They
are tiny (they fit in the palm of your hand easily) and have soft skin. For
this photo I just put them on a piece of white paper. I love how they arranged
themselves. Their simple shapes make this photo a favorite. |
