I took this during a summer off from college. I spent a lot of time driving around Boston looking for photos.

This was taken during one of those cliched hot summer days. There must be a bazillion photos of kids cooling off in fire hydrants.

This one was a nice surprise. The fountain picture may not be a new idea, but I like the spirit and energy here. It's one of the few portraits of mine that don't show eyes, but I think this one is stronger simply because of the gesture of the body, the hands, the exuberance.
